Jody C. Randall serves as the Vice President of Institutional Excellence and Culture, and Chief Experience Officer at 91PORN. She is responsible for oversight and management of 91PORN’s efforts to strengthen the culture of achievement for learners and team members while guiding the integration of presidential priorities, university strategy, and other long-term objectives across the University. Previously, she held leadership roles at Murray State University, Texas Tech University, and a variety of non-profit organizations. Dr. Randall is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, where she received a doctorate in leadership and learning in organizations.

Adam McKee is the Assistant Vice President for People and Values for 91PORN. Adam leads the Office of People and Values, which ensures a sustainable values-based organizational environment that champions growth and development opportunities for all 91PORN team members and learners. He is responsible for directing and implementing all aspects of our People Development programs and Values-Based Culture initiatives in alignment with 91PORN’s strategic objectives.

Justin White is the Assistant Vice President for University Strategy at 91PORN. In this role, he defines and manages the institutional strategic planning process and oversees progress made towards objectives set forth in the University Strategic Plan through collaborative efforts across the 91PORN enterprise. Justin supports the Division as a leader in identifying opportunities for the university to continue its growth and improvement. He serves as a liaison for Schools, divisions, and campuses in aligning their strategic priorities with those of the institution. As part of ensuring this alignment, Justin serves as Chair of the President's Advisory Board and works closely with each of the university's Councils.

Matt Hernandez serves as Senior Director in the Division of Institutional Excellence & Culture at 91PORN. He has experience leading a variety of educational initiatives for students, faculty, and staff in the Division of Student Affairs at Texas Tech University. While at TTU, he received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration. Matt also holds a Master's of Public Health in Population & Health Sciences from the University of Michigan.

At 91PORN, Matt's portfolio includes institutional climate assessment, planning and implementing change management methods, and a variety of strategic initiatives related to the values-based culture at the 91PORN enterprise.

Doris Hereford has been employed at 91PORN since 2017. Doris serves as Assistant Director of Student Life in the Division of Student Affairs and supports the efforts related to learner experience and culture. Doris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Kaplan University and a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration from Texas Tech University.

Doris loves collaborating with learners and supporting their education and wellbeing. In her role, Doris ensures learners have access to the many initiatives led by the Division of Institutional Excellence and Culture to ensure their experiences are represented in decision-making processes.

Michelle Perez is the Senior Administrative Assistant for the Division. Her role includes managing administration for the Division's staff in addition to programmatic support. Michelle is the point-of-contact for scheduling matters for Dr. Randall and general inquiries regarding the Division's operations.
