The Division of Institutional Excellence and Culture supports the achievement of our learners and team members while pioneering transformative thinking and initiatives to further the mission, vision, and strategic plan for Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. By closely aligning culture and strategy, who we are comes to life in what we do for a healthier future with access to quality care for every Texan.
